We have always followed the CDC, WHO, and OSHA guidelines for practice cleanliness. You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment.
Our office will contact you before you visit the practice to ask a few extra health-related standard screening questions. We also schedule high-risk patients at designated times.
When you visit the practice, you are requested to notify the staff of your arrival and wait in the car until you are ready to be seen.
We will be subjecting all patients to a temperature scan at the entrance to ensure their temperatures are below 100.4 degrees to confirm you do not have any symptoms.
We have also placed hand sanitizers at the entrance and around the office for you to use when needed and removed magazines, toys, and non-essential items from the reception room.
The staff will be wearing personal protective equipment, which includes masks over their mouth, protective eyewear, and gloves. They will also practice social distancing, which includes no handshaking and hugging.
All medical instruments that are used will be sterilized before every patient. Hydrogen peroxide rinses are provided for patients before treatment begins.
We disinfect the reception room, check-in and check-out countertops and bathrooms every hour, and wipe doorknobs and sinks with disinfectant regularly.
