Kaci Receptionist / VA Coordinator

Kaci has been working in the Dental Field for over six years and earned her Expanded Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification in 2021. She currently serves as both lead receptionist and VA Patient Coordinator, helping patients navigate their dental care experience with professionalism, compassion, and a friendly smile. Her background in Clinical Dentistry allows her to support both patients and team members while ensuring the front office runs smoothly. Kaci and her husband, Lance, have been married for 16 years and have three children: Hayden, Mylie, and Bowen. Outside the office, Kaci can often be found cheering on her children at a volleyball, soccer, football, or basketball game. When she’s not at a game, she is either on a cruise or planning her next one. Kaci is proud to be part of a positive team dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles.

Tamere Insurance Coordinator

Tamere began her dental career in 2022 as a dental assistant at Acadia Family Dentistry. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Unitech Training Academy in 2021. She is a mother of 4 beautiful children. Tamere enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Kailey Registered Dental Hygienist

Kailey, a Bayou Gauche resident, started working in the dental field in 2014. She studied at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Nicholls State University, earning her prerequisites for dental hygiene school. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in May 2019 from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class, earning the Chancellor’s Award. Kailey has been practicing as a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist since graduation and joined our team at Acadia Family Dentistry in May 2021. She and her husband, Gavin, welcomed their daughter Brinley in July 2022. Kailey is quick to admit that her greatest accomplishment in life is being a mom. When she is not at the office, Kailey enjoys reading to her baby girl Brinley, painting, and spending time with her family and dog, Emry. She loves the simple joys in life.

Kristin Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristin, a native of LaPlace, LA, began her journey in the Dental Field in 2015 and has remained committed to promoting excellent oral health and patient care throughout her career. She studied at Southern Louisiana University and later earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from LSU School of Dentistry in May 2019. Upon graduation, Kristin was honored with the prestigious Colgate STAR Award in recognition of her leadership, dedication, and commitment to the profession.

She believes that oral health is an essential part of overall health and wellness. Known for her gentle approach, she takes great pride in building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, positive experience at every visit. Kristin is passionate about providing personalized preventative care, and helping individuals achieve healthy, confident smiles. In 2024, Kristin joined our team at Acadia Family Dentistry. Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, and their two sons, Ace and Stone. Being a wife and mother is one of her greatest joys, and she cherishes making memories with her family whenever she can.

Alissa Dental Assistant

Alissa has been working in dentistry for two years and earned her Expanded Duty Dental Assisting certification from LSU in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and can often be found on a cruise, at the beach, or at Disney World. She loves hanging out with family and friends.

Kaylie Dental Assistant

Kaylie started her career at Acadia Family Dentistry in 2023 as a dental assistant. She was born in Thibodaux and lives in Chackbay with her white lab fur baby named Daisy. Kaylie enjoys helping people feel more confident about their smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her nephew. Kaylie also enjoys sports, spending time at the camp, hunting, and being out on the water.

Angela Dental Assistant

Angela is a compassionate and dedicated Expanded Duty Dental Assistant who is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in their smiles. Whether she’s assisting chairside or helping patients through every step of their dental visit, she strives to provide exceptional care with kindness and compassion.

Outside the office, Angela is a proud wife, mom, and pet owner who believes a little kindness goes a long way—both in and out of the dental chair. When she’s off the clock, you’ll likely find her fishing, hunting, reading, or exploring antique and consignment shops for hidden treasures to give a brand-new purpose. She enjoys breathing new life into old finds and is always ready with a smile and a positive attitude.

Tress Dental Assistant

Tress joined the Dental Field in 2024 after graduating from the Dental Assistant Program at Unitech Training Academy and beginning her career at Acadia Family Dentistry. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. When she’s not at work, Tress enjoys spending time with friends and family, and caring for her two cats, Mowgli and Duncan.
